Hi everyone,I signed up for my real-estate license two days ago in hopes to build a foundation (not to become and agent) and obtain as much knowledge in the real-estate industry.I’m trying to network with a season veteran locally (Melbourne or Orlando Fl.)

I am fairly new to this arena, and am looking to network with other fellow Investors to hopefully do some business with.

I am setup with a Federal Savings Bank that is geared toward Real Estate Investors in all 50 states, 1st or 2nd mortgage/residential or commericial. 95% of our business model is structure around working with the the capital & cashflow needs of todays investor in any market.

when i'm done tweaking my business model, i may consider it full time.

I am going to go to a foreclosure sale soon to try and network with those people that bid.

It requires knowledge, networking (I hate that term), and a lot of work.

You could be in Mainframes, networking, web design, web development, database administration, PC Support, etc.Rather than trying to grasp it all, grasp one really well.

Just pulling a comp within even a half mile radius would not give you an accurate price unless it was in this particular part of the area.Point being, I would recommend networking with a realtor to be able to access this data, but I would recommend that you educate yourself on interpreting it and not necessarily taking a realtor's word for it.
