This came in this morning's email briefing from barchart.com:Mortgage apps - Today's weekly MBA mortgage applications index fell -3.7% in the overall index, a -4.3% drop in the refinancing index, and a -2.8% drop in the mortgage purcahase sub-index.

Bad tenants can be extremely costly with all inclusive.You need to separate and reduce the rent accordingly then hope you still get applicants.

When I enter "1" on the IRS application it says "for tax purposes your business will be considered a 'Disregarded Entity'" (with the explanation of what that means).
