Throughout my years, I’ve learned plenty from mistakes, like underestimating the importance of solid agreements with buyers.

There will be missteps, but they should be few and something you can learn from—not repeat. 

I wouldn't go crazy with an accounting software but instead use excel.The other items likely paid for you outside of the PM company are mortgage interest, taxes, insurance, travel to the property, etc.Best of luck.

And first, I would say you don't want to try to learn. 10 or 15 different markets, I submit.
