So, you can discuss things like a fixed upfront fee, tying your pay to a successful deal, or sharing the commission with another realtor.

Some buyers who cancel agree to share the whole inspection report with seller so next buyer can choose to use it instead of getting their own.

Happy to connect and share some knowledge of the market. 

Once your in it then you begin to see all the bad of real estate investing that not many people like to share because no one is proud of sharing their bad investments or fails.

Dont forget if you are providing common area maintenance, if your paying parking lot lights or annual parking lot maintenance then they should be paying a portion of their share of that cost.

I really just want to start learning but dont know where to go to self educate to start learning the language, strategies, and processes to start growing my knowledge so I dont sound like an idiot on the phones.
