I learned a lot but it wasn't until I joined BiggerPockets and actually started to meet and connect with others that I made real progress.And by progress I mean forming a joint venture with Ben and fellow BP members @Kelly L. and @Maxwell Lee last year and closing on my first buy and hold rental property in Jacksonville, Florida at the end of 2014.

If anyone ever enjoyed playing pinball at a bowling alley or pizza joint, you'd remember that there were always issues.  

You don't mention that, which gets me back to acclimation and expansion joints.

If the brick is cracked water could be getting in on the vertical brick joint cracks but that's the last place I'd look.

There's other ways, such as doing joint ventures and equity partnerships.  

Various sources of funding used in combinations provide creative solutions, seller financing, crowd funding, angel funding, investor pools, joint venture capital, conventional financing and other sources can be combined to provide unlimited possibilities.Deals done?

If using natural grey grout it will dark stain your grout joints if mixed to hot.

It seems as though the process in getting started in this venture has literally fast forwarded at such a rapid pace, I can hardly keep up.I am super excited and very confident with the new joint venture.
