Even if they have a full time job they may be willing/interested in going the extra mile if you offer a fee for each mobile home they find/fix/get ready/rent, etc.  

I recently quit my job to help my dad with his business and I’m going full time with real estate investment.

However, there was 2 hours of "Snap-Flip" sales job before he spoke.As others have said, it's their new name for wholesaling or bird-dogging. 

We both have full time jobs and a 9 month old baby, that we would love to spend more time with in the future by supplementing our incomes.  

I have been using both of the above for various things the last few years during my day job and plan to use one for my personal business as well.You do not need to be "an agent" to use a service like this... even my doctors office uses docusign for new patient signup.

if they don’t make much money and are on  Section 8, they are not collectible.If a tenant has been employed for more than a year, they most likely won’t leave their jobs, and their credit may be okay.  

My husband & I are pursuing this goal together but we both have full time jobs so we are not looking to be a landlords.

Otherwise, if I was solvent, I'd just keep making my payments as scheduled. 

Im 24 with a BA in FinanceI actually have not gotten a job in my field but went into soccer coaching for which is something I'm passionate about, I would just rather do that as a hobby rather than a means to build wealth and depend on it for a living.
