Got some leads.. investigated those leads.

I just want to investigate crime, surf status, tourism, and growth there some more and also hone in on a specific spot there.thank you!

@Lydia Simeon I investigated the use of SDIRA's pretty extensively over the past couple of months.From what I found out, unless you have a substantial amount of money available in your IRA, the math does not pan out very well in your favor.If you private message me, I will refer you to reputable company/contact point that I spoke with.

. 😀 All that means is the areas you've investigated, don't work for both. 

I had never been notified or served.As if that were not outrageous enough, I am now being investigated by the State's Attorney General's office due to a complaint recently registered, by the same person concerning the same transaction which is now more than 3 years old.   

A $/SF analysis is only good for a 1st step screening of property to know if further investigation is worth the time.  

@Tim Pagano I have investigated and made a few offers on homes with failed or questionable septic systems.

Although he should make every effort by contacting his custodian and investigating this option.
