Knowing asking/target price before you start doing any analysis will help you screen out deals much more quickly, especially as you gain experience and start developing a more intuitive feel for what works and what doesn't based on your investing objectives.

You've retained your architect, why don't you ask them their reasoning behind the layout being odd.

Curious where everyone goes for layout/design system for their rv/mobile home parks.
