I’ve just been surprised I haven’t read more stories about landlords taking the law into their own hands like taking the front door off saying it’s being repaired or cutting the water line etc….

As an OC local I love hearing stories like this in town.

I always hear horror stories about real estate agents not being able to pay taxes at the end of the year, which is why I made taxes my first area to distribute my commission checks.I think you are totally right when it comes to altering my personal day-to-day expenses.

I am looking to do a full roof replacement on a 2 story duplex rental property in Cleveland, Ohio.
