A friend is trying to help is mother get a deed in her name of a property that belonged to her sister who has been deceased for over 20 years.

Yes, our realtor was out of town the day we wanted to see the house, she set us up with an agent in her office and she did a video walk through with us and ended up doing the deal.

Here are my obstacles from a financing point:  No proof of income (This is my first year doing this full-time without my salaried job), however, I do have over an 800 credit score with history of fix and flips, and renovations, plus real estate sales and a few ground up builds under my belt.

How can I help you overcome that obstacle?
