A couple of them are partners are law firms or public accounting firms, one is a smart lawyer at a small ish law firm but not a partner....A controller, base at $230K, 30% bonus and RSU....A recruitor called yesterday with a sr finance manager position base at $180K + bonus + RSU, and said can maybe stratch a bit more.... that is only a manager level....So personally I know 4-5 of them making $700K ish...

The law/CPA firm that handled the transaction was fairly rude to me when I asked for an estimate of the cost basis, saying that they "provide that information for clients"(I guess that several years of business returns and accounting didn't count as being a client).

But I will say that the few deals that ResltyMogul do have their webinars are hosted by some pretty knowledgeable folks that do a real good job analyzing the deal and surfacing major investor concerns with the sponsors more so then other webinars from other platforms.Also I found that their projections and proformas are bit more rosy then reality :(...
