-i don't know whether this would cash flow as a LTR - would need all the expenses, not just the mortgage - and how solid are the MTR/STR numbers?

And if you did are there banks that would give the loan without a down payment to start the plansorry for the late response. 

Think about cities that have solid foundations and room to flourish.Cash Flow Considerations: You should make sure that your investment does not result in negative cash flow, even if appreciation is your main goal.
