Ha, yeah that had always been my concern but some of the suggestions on here seem valid about strict rules and regulations on the leases, and I would be providing housing at 20% to 30% cheaper than anyone else could find of they wanted a studio to themselves.

They should be able to provide rent and prevent maintenance. 

From my research, these turn-key STR management companies provide this full turn-key service for 20% - 30% of all the bookings.  

This method provides more privacy, but you're still capturing all the advantages of having someone else pay your mortgage. 

If you have a buyer's agent, please do NOT call the listing agent to have them provide access. 

Personally I think if you are providing a service to an owner in foreclosure disclose it and disclose your fee..

They're going to need a very quiet environment if they're sleeping during the day and that can be difficult to provide if you're house hacking, especially if you work from home or are there during the day.
