An experienced realtor will have a list of contractors to recommend for any kind of maintenance issues.

You will still be on the mortgage - so when someone looks it up the LLC owns it and you are the borrower (not the llc) even if mortgage did transfer to the LLC any new loan applications you would still need to list that mortgage as you are responsible for it.Too many people try and be cute by trying all these fancy recommendations they read here on BP - most are a complete waste of time and money when it comes to transferring a property to a LLC

A wholesaler would love to get a buyer on their list. 

They were expected to decreases, but most of my long list of DSCR lenders have either remained flat, or some have even gone up 15 bps.Swaps haven't been doing too well in the market.

No this is not the case, I did my own market research found the property myself and reached out to the agent who is listing the home.
