For a building that size I would expect they would have had someone like a John Burns or someone else provide a report to understand the comps and current absorption rates and vacancy rates for this class of building.Now that you have invested, it cannot hurt to go out and view the property but what are you trying to accomplish by visiting ?

As @Robin Simon noted this deal is going to be too small for most DSCR lenders as their min loan size on these are $250,000-$500,000If the property is not rural and you need to do a DSCR based loan, I have an option with a minimum loan amount of $100k however the rate will be in the double digits.

It depends on what you are spending on the deal.Sounds like it is about 50% expense ratio at 54.55% which I think is along with industry standards.The net income looks like its $23,543 for the seller.What is his interest rate?
