Any suggestions on which credit card I should get for my rental property?

I checked out neighborhoodscout.com but I am wondering what good competitors are out there, and if there are any free (or lower cost) alternatives.

Last 3 trips for me  Paris ,  Tel Aviv and lisbon  since I had premier status I got upgraded for free to suites still while using my points..

And most require FULL DOC programs to mitigate any credit-risk on their part.
