I would say the market here is not ideal to purchase single family house and flip (unless at auctions) but fourplexes and above surely will help you with cash flow starting out.

Ideally a 2 unit or something of that nature would be great just to get the secondary income.

Hi BPers,I was wondering whether any of you would be willing to recommend a legal counsel to help with contracts and/or a tax person that is knowledgable about real estate investing and ideally also international taxing.
