Hey,If your budget is 150K max and you are looking to buy in Ontario here are some markets to consider:North bay, Sudbury, Cornwall, Windsor.If you need help connecting with realtors, property managers etc in these cities feel free to reach out.

Once you have this team in place, you should be able to invest in any market confidently.
