Is there anyone who's been where I am that is willing to extend a hand or good advice?

I'm looking lenders in my area that will extend loans to an LLC. 

I reached out to the bank a few weeks before maturity to see if they will be extending it, or if I need to refinance with another institution.

He let us know the owner may be willing to sell for $3.5 million, we extended an offer of $2.4 million and we settled at $2.8 million.

Not sure how to even find REO properties and when I do I don’t know how to even extend an offer.

We always include a clause that we will gain access to the units in 2 consecutive days and that the DD will be extended if we can't gain full access. 

Comparing that to a family who is traveling around Europe for a month or two living in the same types of living situations but doing so because they want to do an extended family traveling vacation but they don't want to spend too much monty while vacationing.  

Class A vulnerable, office, retail, sectors to tread carefully in an extended market. 

Hi all - in the situation where a property has an in law suite in the basement, would you consider renting out that unit separately for extra income over the duration of the lease in a lease purchase situation, or would you rent out the whole thing to a tenant buyer and simply have let the in law suite be a value proposition to the tenant buyer (they can sublease that unit and use the rent to pay us the rent payment)?

I indeed am going to try and fix the "extended time" they tacked on (which i just found out about this morning).
