I heard once on a BP podcast actually that when you invest at home, you're generally not driving to the property on a regular basis, as long as you have someone doing it, not being within driving range of your property is no reason to not make more money in a market that's hitting your return goals. 

Two and 1/2 weeks into the lease our neighbors have informed us that the boyfriend has been there almost everyday. 

An agent should know how to do that, as we search these things every day.

I understand that, but the electrician was talking about upgrading the panel, so it's important to remember that for everyday use of 120v ckts, there is available power on both phases. 

a few weeks ago i realized something that @Brandon Turner mentioned in a recent podcast - I seem to learn something about real estate almost every day. i have met with numerous members from BP and other sites, so thought it would be good to list the things i learn as i go.- if you have a wholesale deal, dont name your asking price, let the buyer name the price.
