My suggestion for your next course of action would be to go to some REIA events and just talk with people and continue to learn the business

In this event you are changing the tax payer for the property and when done prior to a sale the IRS has consistently ruled that as a way of accessing profit inappropriately and disallowed the exchange.  

I had the opportunity of attending an amazing event hosted by MAREIA today.

It was 1 in 500 years event, river was rEconfigured, narrow bridge redesigend and there is a slim chance for that to happen again. 

We started out doing our events near Armitage/90 and while I knew a restaurant owner over there who gave me free space, people complained about parking and access.  

Luckily, I enjoy networking events and meeting people so pretty excited to start meeting everyone.So there it is, if you read this far, I really appreciate it.
