I don't have a good work ethic.

The kid would probably be doing great if he had the work ethic and resiliency but one set back or slight against him and he gets super emotionally upset, wants to quit and give up.I see a lot of that in the workplace nowadays too.

The lack of action and work ethic is the only thing holding people from success.

It’s a moral and ethical dilemma to let people choose to take risks as the uninformed will always blame you for not teaching them, not providing them with masks/ppe etc.

To me it's almost an ethical issue.

Meanwhile, those such as myself who are ethical, honest and genuinely ready to but with little money to start aren't getting the chance they should because of these hefty entrant fee....

Also I think being regulated by the rules helps you steer clear of some of the less than ethical tactics that are commonly put out there to aquire properties.

@Alex Craig is an ethical businessman you'll be safe with him, (and several others here),  but never just hand over your money relying solely on their offer of a house.

These are professionals with additional training and a stricter code of ethics.
