I am thinking conservatively that we will be able to save up a small amount of cash every year for REI since we intend to save for future renovations on our own home, vacations, and kids =D.

I really enjoy the site and your show

4 months ago I was on vacation in Costa Rica (using 6 of my total 15 days off a year) for a desperate breath oxygen and relief from my desk job, when I met a family on the beach.

If you buy homes that are 6 bed/bath and larger, you start tapping into all the normal, non-vacation travel such as reunions, business travel and meetings, celebrations, holidays, weddings, etc. 

Have fun and enjoy.  

I'm married with 2 children and enjoy working on projects at our house and at our rental property. 

Anyways, have to hang up now and continue to drive to our vacation destination.

They did spend a good 5 days to move out though, so they were anyways vacating in bits and pieces.- For people speculating about the type of stairs, I am attaching a picture below.

I enjoy repairing and updating our own home so I think with my wife managing the properties and me doing routine maintenance and small projects this could be a good fit for us and a way to generate some passive income and build wealth over the long term.Thanks for the read,ScottP.S.
