B and B+ properties for the most part here: We usually highly recommend it and give examples of what is NOT covered (tree falling on their car, break-in, the old fish tank leaking onto their laptop, etc) and highlight that when they sign the lease, even have them initialing the highlighted sentence.

Once again be careful because the fasteners and accessories may not react well to the use of these chemicals.The best thing to do is to get as much sun on the roof as possible (Cut trees away) and keep debris such as needles and leaves off of it.

Recently I witnessed a robbery at gun point of the section 8 neighbors right in front of my home as I looked out of my front door window at about 1:05 am Sat. morning on June 12,2010.We hate these neighbors and I know that this a strong word but what else can we do to get rid of these people before they endanger somone else or my 3 daughters and myself or my elderly mom could be the next victims or be killed?
