I agree with Aaron ... here is a fixed version of his link to the 2012 IRCand here is a link to the 2015 IRCMy main beef with the IRC and most codes derived from it, is they are light on energy efficient standards and design specs.

Where you will find yourself successful is providing support to your PMs and making them as efficient as possible so they can (comfortably) handle as many properties as possible.I don't know what market rate in your area is but your per door rate seems awfully low.
