I have read widely different prices for installed window cost and don't want to overpay or waste time.Any recommendations?

This is just dumb, and is a huge waste of time that rarely actually saves money for the investor.

You are wasting your time and money.  

Success looks different for all of us but we all have an ideal level we’d like to reach before we can claim “I made it.”I want to talk about another side effect if success which is philanthropy.

Now where would I find out how this will effect the property taxes?

As a wholesaler I would love if other wholesalers would be up front and not waste my time calling and setting appointments and then offering to JV.

When I started in this business, I thought getting a real estate license was going to be useful only to find out it was a waste of time in terms of what I was looking to do for investments.  

A. it's a waste your time & B. you're probably gonna screw it all up & burn yourself some bridges that could have been very important down the road. 

Point is you waste time and money.
