Dig deep and have fun!

By 2004 when housing was being offered to anyone who could breathe, we found ourselves with 6 vacancies at a time, but we still were okay, we just had to work harder to keep them filled.  

I LIKE ANNA'S SUGGESTION OF GETTING YOUR FEET WET BEFORE YOU JUMP IN THE DEEP END, IF THAT'S THE ROUTE YOU WANT TO GO..

I gave her the drink I made, sent her outside to breathe and think about what I said and eventually she came back inside.  

As the saying goes, you need to dig through a lot of dirt to get to gold and a lot of time people are not willing to dig deep enough to get to the gold.  

And for every good leasing agent there's 10 that are clueless (because they will literally give the job to anyone breathing with a license). 

.), however, it seems like the market here is good enough that people wouldn't have to resort to selling property at a deep discount.Any thoughts of folks in these type of markets and the experiences you've having would be great.

Though it can be a little scary, I hope you get both deals :)  My thoughts: go fast for a bit, take a breath for a second, then do it all over.  

That's a reasonable price if the line wasn't too deep or too long.  

I have been knee deep the past couple months listening to podcasts and reading past posts, researching and I feel like my head is going to explode with all the info I've come across.
