You can conduct business under your individual name, use your social security number when a Taxpayer ID Number is needed, and report everything on Schedule C and/or Schedule E, as applicable. 

When Eddy says I want a SFR instead of a Condo it is not random, and frankly especially IF Eddy makes that criteria, he has conducted and concluded a form of risk assessment.

LOL and I know you didn't mean it that way, hence my advice to let the way we do business, and conduct ourselves speak for us, and let us all learn to not take offense and silly things!

Now, with additional means to advance those points, I can see where some will take advantage of the opportunity.And V makes another good point, that everyone here is not someone to do business with, like myself, I conduct very little business outside my area and don't do business with anyone here, and probably won't, unless they want to do business in my backyard.

@Tony KimWhat typically happens is you can leverage your mentor/coach and their network to conduct business.You have the opportunity to be a part of the business and usually the mentor is heavily involved in the acquisition and management of the asset.
