I’d advice to narrow down your search criteria, communicate it clearly to your agent or wholesalers, go see a few properties to analyze them and understand what is a good deal and what is not.

Having read through all the comments here, I suspect it's a perfect storm: they took on too many loans than they could possibly process, internally their communications and processes are really lacking, and I'll give them the nod to COVID which has undoubtedly made the first two even worse.
