Dont forget if you are providing common area maintenance, if your paying parking lot lights or annual parking lot maintenance then they should be paying a portion of their share of that cost.

I plan on moving to the West Coast in the next 2-3 years, so considering that, I'm leaning towards Fort Worth or Phoenix only because my goal is to keep investing and buying properties, and it'd be easier if I lived nearby.
