Hello all,I have dealt with conventional loans under my name, full cash purchase with split equity in title, but for the next deal, my parents wants to provide 50% of the cash and I would finance the remaining.

My family does not include my boyfriend...my family’s rules and not mine....each member of my family of five would be partners in the corp so that when my grandma passes, the investment is distributed equally among the five family members including my unborn child...my boyfriend is the father. 

Question(s) for a unique scenario: My 2 siblings and I are considering pitching in and co-signing together on a large home for us to move into with our parents and extended family in North Florida where the homes are A LOT cheaper than in South Florida where I currently live. 

My parents in laws are looking to sell their home which is worth about 240,000.
