If I still require a mortgage even after receiving some funds form private lending, wouldn't it raise a red flag to the bank where I got the money from when showing proof of assets?

Also, i usually check the Bibb tax assessors website for current and past assessed values at: http://www.co.bibb.ga.us/TaxAs...Click on “Search Records” then “Property Record Cards” and plug in the address and you’ll get some valuable information.

The only thing I guess is if you cant sell the home then you head for the hills or you are using that " subject to partner or 3rd party approval "  card trick.You might want to approach sellers from a different angle.
