Hey Chris,You can find pretty much the same coverage on a package policy as you can on an individual policy so in my opinion, it ultimately comes down to ease of use.

Think E*Trade but with different paperwork so as to be able to document the individual transactions that occur off-exchange in alternative assets like real estate.  

However, to get the best rates we would need to get agency debt (which only lends to individuals - not entities).
