My brother is my business partner.

We became friends at the academy, both served in Afghanistan (at different times) and are more like brothers, so it wasn't much of a leap for each of us to trust each other on this deal, also that wasn't our first deal so the track record had already been established.  

My twin brother and I recently purchased a 4-unit building and will be living in 1 of the 4 units while leasing out the other three.

Mostly because I have my brother in law do most of my rehabs and I'd rather wait on him then try to hire unknowns.

My brother, in Wichita, bought a 3,000 square foot for for $124,000 with nothing wrong with it.

I borrowed money (in the form of a "gift") from my brother for the downpayment on my current home.
