This has slowed up the process a tad, but we are starting off slow and steady, and not putting any extra stress/risk on our business.  

I am currently in the process of reading it and it definitely has thought me quite a bit.As far as partners goes, even though were are located on total opposite sides of The United States, we could definitely team up and learn and grow together.

I too am breaking into the Oklahoma market up in Tulsa with some cash reserves and like your thought process, Blake.

What are all necessary contracts associated with the wholesaling process?

Buyer believes selling agent/seller executed such actions intentionally to slow down loan process and have right to cancel contract on September 8th closing date.

If you’ve purchased your property with enough margin and this occurs you just take the face value of the policy, close shop on that asset, buy another, and possibly pocket a few bucks in the process.

I'm not putting all my eggs in one basket that this is the grand deal of a lifetime but I'm hoping to move forward in this process.
