Example #1 is an apt in a beautiful 1899 Evanston, IL Victorian. -- My landlord client rehabbed the garden apt which was great but I can't get him to update the #2 apt kitchen even just slightly (new floor and refacing cabinets). -- He has plenty of money and I am stumped since we have shown this unit a dozen times and they all say the same thing; "Too outdated."
