There is no general rule as to how much you need to put down on a deal.Syndicators, for the most part, don't put any of their money into a deal.That's the beauty of commercial real estate.  

Why has this beautiful, new construction Mcmansion, located south of  Annapolis and within commuting distance to D.C., on acreage in beautiful horse country, not sold after 12 years of being up for sale?

The place looks beautiful and the numbers look good!

Speaking from first-hand experience from building a rent collection platform, none of the companies earn interests from that 'delay'. 

The area I am looking at is def. a blue collar neighborhood..but very family oriented and beautiful parks all around.

But the house will not be staged.I'm trying to just choose one to stay whinin the budget and still make the house look beautiful to sell.
