Where are you seeing growth/popularity/profits/success with Air BnB or VRBO?

I kind of feel like house hacking is "safer" so I want to go the hard money route so there is some pressure on the first property and there isn't room for slacking in any areas, kind of a self-check.

Hence putting more pressure on returns until the only "deals" left are on properties in class d and c- neighborhoods.

Only 10 people within a 1.5 mile radius of the lots live there year round and one house in the area being built by the owner.There is rural water and Electric hookup near the lots but the district is not allowing new connections due to low pressure in the lines so a well must be drilled.

Air B&B? 

In all cases, removal requires negative air pressure and appropriate protective gear.

@Sarah Lorenz I would hate to have you as a guest at my air B and B.

Any tips or suggestions on how to pressure the GC to complete the work?

Air out the house as much as you can and get some Glade plugins for smokers and I think the smell will be gone in no time.

I can furnish but would prefer not to go the air bnb route.
