This process took approximately 2-3 weeks.Due to some issues with the general contractor, the service application to have the meters changed over to the new system took almost three months to process and complete.

None of the "well maybe the tenants will take cash for keys" or "If I can get them out in a month I can afford this higher offer number".  

I'm now looking for a quality loan servicing company out here in the Bay Area, or anywhere for that matter, if they can help facilitate my payment process to the seller.

I want to be apart of the change in these areas where gentrification is pushing out the people that have lived in communities for years but can now no longer afford it. 

Only down side is sometimes neighbors feel inclined to call you about every problem but for the most part has been a cheap way to market my services in buying houses.

He says that he can not afford to stay and will be out by the end of the month, but I am not convinced that he will actually move.
