What are the most popular platforms for advertising apartment rentals?

I’m just wondering if there are any investors in Houston out there who would be willing to offer advice and support?

Why offer high prices on a house that doesn’t deserve it and the ARV doesn’t support it?

Currently I don't have any budget for paid advertising over google/social platforms.

Apparently the span in the floor does not support the weight of the floor plus stuff so will have to run 2 beams to lift the floor back up...or maybe just rent it to staggering drunks, which was suggested by a friend. 

It's funny to see so many people bad-mouthing property managers only to learn they just grabbed the first one they could find or the one with the lowest advertised rates instead of doing their research.

I handle several section 8 apartment unit properties so it would be a pretty simple matter to evaluate the rent rate through government support, guaranteed rent definitely helps me sleep at night (provided our president doesn't shut the government down long enough for HUD to delay rent payments).Let me know if you want to seriously run the numbers on this place presuming you have the equity to get financing on this deal (175,000 for 10% down, $87,500 for 5% down, etc).

Not just because I wanted to wholesale, but also because of all the restrictions on marketing and the general lack of support from brokers for a real estate investors.

We are now expecting our second boy in April and while we have adjusted our lifestyle in many ways to make it work financially we could definitely ramp up investing if we lived somewhere with a lower cost of living.Luckily my wife is the most supportive person ever and trusts me to make the best decision for our family.
