that COULD BE looked at as your COCR in moving around this equity. but to answer your actual question, it depends on your long term goals. if you want a million units you'd be better off in multifamily. if you want a small but mighty portfolio that you're always optimizing, maybe have some STR some MTR in there, self-manage, keep it simple... you could stick with SFH and probably have an easier time managing.

I think the cash reward which has an actual cash value as stated, would be income either applied to the account or taken as a check, and some other reward would have a relative value to what one might claim.The best reason for me to have separate cards is the accounting as Mark Holencik has said.

The difference in the actual drawer tray size is dramatic, and you don't get cornerhooked by the frames on your plates or pots. the actual space in a 12 or 15" framed drawer is tiny.
