Yes, if you are really good at SEO, writing your own content for SEO and conversion, conversion optimization, have the time / knowledge / patience to sit through hacking through your making your own website and you're comparing our monthly fee to the monthly fee of basically a web host w/ a website builder (which is basically what wix, weebly, godaddy, etc. are)... then it looks over priced for sure. 

If you can successfully get your buyer to use them as the listing agent after the fact you can bet they will find you on the next deal they have available. 

I bet even the percentage of those owning a brokerage have been increasing among women.

One comp sale triggered my Spidey senses when it sold at bottom low prices cash offer, only to be resold short time later for $50k+ without ever being listed on MLS or any other web places. 

From the research that I have seen done and with the clients I work with non performing and performing notes are a solid bet. 

Traditional brokers are not creative and they don't understand these things.Best bet, try and find an independent agent or search for "Flat Fee MLS  your area" and get a local guy.
