I bought the exact same triplex next store for $150K in 1983, cash flowed the whole time.

Should I have them use what little wiring is there now and add whatever else necessary or just rip it all and fresh wiring everywhere?

I am in the middle of negotiating with the seller for an abandoned building s in Philly area , the building has 3 floors ,there are 3 stores on the1st , 2nd and 3rd used for bakery and day care place , 2nd /3rd will need a looot work to bring back to apartment building that’s my exit strategy , will keep keep exterior brick and rehab inside the building .

(I have purchased "How to invest in real estate" off the bigger pockets store.

Basically, a clean unit with fresh paint on the walls and and kitchen cabinets would be considered turnkey.     

They won’t be expecting the same money as their neighbors with the shiny new kitchen and fresh paint.

Most have a feature of taking pictures of the receipts to store them for later and possibly lift the important data off them.

No sense in letting the fresh paint go to waste
