This is not to say that they can't promote their products during the exhibition period but at least during their time on the podium they are to provide information rather than selling their products.

I guess the grey area promotes blogs and forums with differring opinions.

I forget the name at the moment but there is also a paid website that investfourmore.com promotes that I usually use for properties that I am serious about its 12 bucks for their premium report.

They're okay, but they're heavy on promoting their own coaching/partnering program.  

I also have been in the hardwood flooring business for more than 15 years but had to close shop after the crash.Since then, i returned to school and earned a degree in computer networking and never used the degree due to a promotion that provided me with more income.

@Kyle GrimmIMHO, the only real benefit of the HD Consumer Card are the 18 - 24 month, 0% financing promotions that coincide with HD appliance sales.  

A group of investors can rent their own property as well which covers the basic operation and then there would be many salespeople to promote the properties as well.

This is not the place to promote your company.

I don't think putting yourself out there and promoting your cause ethically and legally is and should ever be a problem.
