Wholesalers are putting property under contract with no intention of buying, so they are technically signing contracts on behalf of others.I believe wholesaling should be outlawed in every state for this very reason.

My constraints are that I am only 24 and do not have any previous lending history nearly to this capacity, as well as having limited knowledge on how to structure these deals with subdivisions.
