If going to 75 ltv and additional price adjusters were just enough to make it the loan exceed fnma points  and fees test so they have to limit to 70 to meet that requirement. 2 It was a Dti issue and they couldn’t approve you for a higher loan, but presume if that was the case they would have mentioned either reason before.

You may need to foreclose if they don’t pay so make sure you have legal representation to record your interest, and that any notice comes to you, not your lawyers office.

If you sign a buyers agreement on the purchasing side or a listing agreement on the selling side, it is a legally binding document and the agent has a fiduciary responsibility to work in your best interests just like you have a legal responsibility to make sure the agent gets paid at the closing table.
