I think it would be beneficial to have both personal finances and business finances tracked in the same platform, but I am not so sure that this is common, or even what software is capable of this.I currently use Mint for personal finances and I do not think it has the ability to track business financials.How do you folks handle this?

With the separate agreement, you need only the agreement and the schedule.Invest in an inspections app, until you are large enough to need full property management software.
