We now have 15 properties, i went to a different model now having contractors do the majority or rehabs and i have handymen,plumber,electrician and hvac guy i can call when i need them.

Our attorney explained that although we are profiting a small amount as the contractor, we are also members of the LLC, and will be essentially in charge of running the whole operation and should be compensated accordingly.

Just because an investor owns a large multifamily does not mean that 1) they manage it themselves or 2) if they do manage it themselves that they actually enjoy this and want to handle others' properties.
