If you just want information from the MLS, most of that is available with the customer version of the RI MLS app.

I use myfirstam - it is an app from First American Title that allows you to see all of the information on a property in seconds.

Although if it really bothers you, you could download a compas app for your phone.

I personally think Airbnb has hands down the best platform of the 3 and their mobile app is kick butt compared to the other 2.
