@Mark H.I haven't previously invested in commercial properties, but I've been researching the opportunities that are available and think that there are some great opportunities available at and even well below your price range.

If you're not necessarily trying to find a value add property but just trying to get into something so you can live for free there seems to be some decent properties available north of Albany.

Or if your seriously looking to acquire it show the funds you have available to put down in the form of a bank statement.

When renting out a unit, are you able to specify that a unit will only be available for 2 or 3 years?

However, most of our subscribers who rent to students have more than two bedrooms available in each unit.
